Provide accurate information, keep account credentials private and use the platform responsibly. Do not impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the service.

Registration and package requests

Exhibitor forms and partnership enquiries record requests for the Expo Team to review. Submission does not confirm a booth, sponsorship or other booking. Package scope, availability and final arrangements must be confirmed with the team.

Prices and payment

Package prices are displayed in USD. A bank transfer registration records the selected package price and shows the account and settlement currency configured by the Expo Team; it remains pending until an administrator verifies the transfer and confirms the registration. A pay-on-arrival registration also remains pending until the Expo Team confirms it. The website does not collect payment-card details or perform currency conversion. Any bank charges or currency-conversion costs are your responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Cancellations and refunds

No cancellation deadlines or refund percentages are published here. Obtain the applicable cancellation, refund and transfer terms from the Expo Team before confirming a booking or paying.

Exhibition booth responsibilities

Discuss booth setup, permitted displays, staffing, access, safety and dismantling arrangements with the team. Follow the confirmed venue and participation requirements supplied for your booking.

Programme changes and force majeure

The published programme reflects currently supplied event information. Ask the team for the applicable arrangements if dates, venue or activities change, including changes caused by circumstances outside the organizer’s control. This page does not define new cancellation or force-majeure rights.

Intellectual property and media

Do not submit material you are not authorized to share. Ask permission before reusing expo branding or website photographs. Discuss event photography, filming permissions and any concerns about identifiable images with the team.

Participation, outcomes and liability

Exhibition and networking opportunities do not guarantee sales, leads, investment or an award. Detailed responsibilities and any applicable liability provisions belong in the participation agreement provided before booking; no additional liability exclusions are stated here.
